B3212 Dartmoor
Region:
South West
The B3212 on Dartmoor is a remote moorland road in Devon, running through open Dartmoor landscape well away from towns and busy routes.
This section of the B3212 is a very quiet road, typically used by riders crossing Dartmoor or linking together longer moorland routes. With wide views, open terrain and very low traffic levels, it’s a road many riders include as part of a broader Dartmoor loop. It’s also one of those locations that easily lends itself to a full day out — or even a weekend — with plenty of surrounding roads and scenery to explore.
BikerPics returns to this part of the B3212 several times throughout the year, photographing riders in motion as they pass a fixed photo point on the moor. The open setting and lack of roadside clutter allow for clear, consistent images, and riders often make more than one pass to build a varied gallery.
Images are uploaded to our website after the shoot, where you can view your gallery and order high-quality digital downloads and prints.
We ask all riders to keep it sensible at all times. No wheelies, knee-downs or risky riding.
