A29 Bury Hill
Region:
South East
The A29 at Bury Hill is a recognised route in West Sussex, sitting around 10–15 minutes north of Arundel, and is regularly used by riders travelling through the South Downs and surrounding countryside.
This section of the A29 sees steady use from riders heading between Pulborough, Arundel and nearby villages, often linking into longer routes across the Downs.
The gradual climb and open setting make it a familiar stretch for those riding in this part of West Sussex rather than a destination in its own right.
BikerPics returns to Bury Hill multiple times each year, photographing riders as they pass a fixed photo point along the route. The nature of the road allows for clear, natural images, and riders often choose to make more than one pass to increase the variety of photos available.
Images are uploaded to our website after the shoot, where you can browse your gallery and order high-quality digital downloads or prints.
We ask all riders to keep it sensible at all times. No wheelies, knee-downs or risky riding.
