B184 Fyfield

The B184 shoot takes place on a quiet countryside road in Essex, located near Birds Green, and around 15–20 minutes from Great Dunmow and Ongar. This area sits among open farmland and small villages, making it a calm, rural setting rather than a busy through-route.

This stretch of the B184 is commonly used by riders travelling to and from Abbess Roding, Little Laver, Fyfield and the surrounding villages, often linking into longer countryside routes across central Essex. The low traffic levels and open surroundings make it a relaxed part of a broader ride through the area.

BikerPics returns to this section of the B184 several times throughout the year, photographing riders in motion as they pass a fixed photo point along the road. The straightforward layout and rural backdrop allow for clear, consistent images, and riders often make more than one pass to build a varied gallery.
