A4361 Swindon
Region:
South West
The A4361 between Swindon and Avebury runs through open Wiltshire countryside and sits around 15–20 minutes from Swindon, making it a popular route for riders heading out of town towards the North Wessex Downs.
This stretch of road is regularly used by riders travelling between Swindon, Avebury and the surrounding villages, with wide views and open farmland creating a clean backdrop for photography. It’s also commonly ridden as part of a longer loop that takes in Avebury before heading back towards Marlborough or Swindon.
This is a roadside shoot, and we photograph from a photo point along the A4361. We return to this location several times throughout the year, with different shoots offering slightly different conditions depending on the season.
After each shoot, photos are uploaded to the BikerPics website where you can browse your images and order high-quality digital downloads and prints directly online.
As with all our roadside shoots, we ask riders to enjoy the road responsibly.
